High Vibe Cleanses
Reset Your Body
Our organic cleanses are designed to give you the reset your body needs.
When we cleanse, it gives us a much-needed break from digesting solid foods and allows our body to do what it does best: repair, cleanse, and heal.
Boost mental clarity.
Shed unhealthy cravings.
Feel lighter & more energetic.
While your digestive system gets a rest from heavy meals and processed foods, your body gets a super infusion of healing nutrients from our cold-pressed juices and shakes
Our bodies are inundated with environmental toxins on a daily basis: household cleaners, personal-care products, pollution, food toxins, alcohol, and the standard American diet are just a few ways that we are exposed to toxins. On top of that, digesting food takes an incredible amount of energy from our bodies. In a society where people are taught to eat all day long, our bodies oftentimes don’t have the chance to put attention on areas that need extra focus and healing.

We have designed our 3 cleanses with all levels in mind, however, Cleanse 1 is a great place to start if you haven’t cleansed before, or if you want to maintain an active lifestyle. We have incorporated 2 protein shakes into your day along with the 4 cold-pressed juices, which will help keep you satiated and fueled.

Everyone’s body reacts differently depending on where your body is before the cleanse. Many factors can come into play; did you prep for your cleanse with the right foods and drinks you consumed, how deeply does your body need to detox, and is your body fighting off something right now? All of these things are a factor in your bodi’s response.

This varies for everyone! How you feel really depends on your pre-cleanse level of nutrition and lifestyle. We feel it is incredibly important for one to tune into your body, but especially during this time. Listen to the messages it is trying to tell you. Are you feeling tired? Allow your body to rest and work on whatever it is resetting inside of you. Are you feeling emotional? Sit with your feelings, and truly feel them to heal them. Many people feel lighter and energetic from the get-go with no side effects, awesome! Everyone is different, and you may experience different feelings each time you do a cleanse. It truly depends on where your body is at in that given moment.

The optimal time to cleanse is when you can create the best circumstances to support your cleanse. Do your cleanse when you have some free time to reflect or rest, uphold your willpower, and create intention around your cleanse. In addition, cleansing is a great time to reaffirm your commitments to your health and to your life.

In the days leading up to a cleanse, we recommend avoiding processed items, sugars, alcohol, and heavy meats to prepare your body to get the most out of your cleanse. If you tend to have a healthy diet, eating organic fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and drinking 8 glasses of water a day, you should be fine doing a 3-day preparation.
-
Begin your day with a warm cup of water and juice of 1/2 a lemon. You will begin cleansing about an hour after your water and enjoy your juices in 2-3 hour increments. Don’t forget to drink water in between juices. Sometimes people who aren’t used to drinking this much liquid in one day have a hard time drinking all of the juices. That’s totally fine, just do your best to stay on schedule and listen to your body. You can have any leftover juice the next day. We highly recommend keeping your juice in a cooler or refrigerator if you plan to be away from home/work longer than the 2-hour time frame. This will ensure you don’t feel hangry and want to reach for something other than your juices! Just keep in mind the juices need to remain below 41 degrees at all times.

The purpose of a cleanse is to reboot your body and allow you to have a break from digesting solid foods, which aids in healing and repairing other areas in your body. Your results will vary based on what your body needs to heal in that moment. Some see higher levels of energy, improved skin, better sleeping, less bloating, and diminished refined sugar and processed carbohydrate cravings, to name a few!

It’s up to you. We recommend a 100% juice cleanse, if possible because eating slows down the cleansing process. If you feel that you need to eat during your cleanse, choose organic fruits, vegetables, or soaked nuts and seeds.
-
Yes, but we do suggest limiting yourself to light exercises, such as walks, yoga, stretching, etc. Your energy levels will change when you’re on a cleanse, so check in with your body before exercising. Cleanse 1 is definitely geared more towards the person who wants to maintain their exercise regimen, however, we recommend truly listening to your body and honoring what you need.

Each level offers between 615 – 1100 calories. Keep in mind that calorie counts with raw foods and juice are not equivalent to calorie counts on a traditional diet of cooked and/or processed foods. Nothing is wasted here, as the body knows how to assimilate all the calories in whole foods, whereas a regular diet of 2,000 calories, for example, might only have about 1200 usable calories and the rest is “wasted” or stored as fat. We do try to encourage all our clients to move away from calorie-oriented thinking, as it’s really no comparison. We try to focus on the nutritional content as opposed to the calorie content.
-
This depends on your health goals! Sometimes people will choose 1 day a week to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Often people will do a cleanse monthly, or even seasonally to help their bodies transition through the seasons.

It’s incredibly important to come off of your juice cleanse with ease. You never want to inundate your body with heavy foods after cleansing even for one day. For the next few days coming off of your cleanse, try to incorporate easily digestible foods such as organic fruits, vegetables, soaked nuts, smoothies, and soups.
